About Jackpot 6000 Slot Guide

jackpot-6000.org is an independent English guide to one game: NetEnt's classic Jackpot 6000 slot. Here is who runs it, how we check what we publish and how the site pays for itself.

Who runs this site?

Jackpot 6000 Slot Guide is a small independent site edited by Tom Ellison. We write for players in the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand who want to understand the game before they play it: the rules, Supermeter mode, the gamble feature, the RTP, the history and similar classic slots.

The site is not affiliated with NetEnt, with Evolution (the group NetEnt belongs to) or with any casino. We do not take bets or hold player accounts. The free demo on the Jackpot 6000 home page is NetEnt's official demo with play coins, loaded from a third-party demo provider.

How we check facts

Every page follows the same rules:

Official figures first. RTP, hit frequency, maximum payout, grid, paylines, bet range and release dates come from NetEnt's own game pages. Where a figure is a maximum, such as the RTP of up to 98.9%, we say so.
No unverified numbers. If we cannot check a figure at an official or authoritative source, we leave it out. That is why you will not find a symbol-by-symbol paytable for Jackpot 6000 here: NetEnt does not publish one on its game page.
Claims are attributed. Where a story rests on weaker sources, such as the link between Jackpot 6000 and Norway's Jackpot 2000 machine, we say who makes the claim.
No invented experiences. We do not publish made-up test sessions, player stories, quotes or reviews.
Sources on the page. Content pages end with a list of the sources we used and the date the data was checked.

Gambling rules and help services are checked on the websites of regulators and support organisations, such as the UK Gambling Commission, GambleAware and the National Council on Problem Gambling.

How the site is funded

Buttons such as "Play for real money" lead through a link on our own domain (/go/) to a casino partner. If you sign up and play through such a link, we may receive a commission from that casino. This is how we pay for the site; you pay nothing extra.

The commission does not decide what we write. We do not accept payment to change facts, we do not publish casino bonuses or promo codes, and every real-money link carries an 18+ notice and a link to our responsible gambling page. Gambling rules differ by country, so check what applies where you live before you follow any real-money link.
